Everyone’s always nice and informative.
Most of the physicians are nice
The staff is friendly and helpful....from making appointments and at the visit. Dr mukerji is great! She listens and when she talks she talked at my level so i understood everything she said. The office has a very nice environment. And it's also really clean those are things that are important to me

Both the receptionist in Carbondale are amazing and very friendly. The wait time was reasonable!
All of the staff at Heartland Women's Healthcare make me feel welcome, like my health/concerns are important, and I'm not "just another patient". I have visited with all 3 of my pregnancies now and recommend Heartland Women's Healthcare whenever I can. I will also be back for any future pregnancies I may have as well. My favorite OB in Southern Illinois!
