Both the receptionist in Carbondale are amazing and very friendly. The wait time was reasonable!
All of the staff at Heartland Women's Healthcare make me feel welcome, like my health/concerns are important, and I'm not "just another patient". I have visited with all 3 of my pregnancies now and recommend Heartland Women's Healthcare whenever I can. I will also be back for any future pregnancies I may have as well. My favorite OB in Southern Illinois!

From beginning to end it is consistently an easy and quick process. The staff is always friendly.
I would recommend them because you get good care there and they listen to what your thoughts and concerns are
I have been with Dr. Bishop since I was 18 and always receive wonderful care. My only complaint is the wait time. I'm usually taken back to a room quickly but then wait in the room for a little over an hour.
