Dr. Jellen was extremely patient and kind. She made sure to make me as comfortable as possible and let me know what she was doing before she did it to keep me prepared. I also wrote down my appointment time wrong at 10:45 and it was really at 10:15. I showed up at 10:35 thinking I was early. The reception was very patient and understanding and asked the provider if I could still be seen although I was late. I totally would have understood if I wasn’t able to. Completely my mistake. Doctor was very professional. My wait time was very long. I had to take time off work to get to my appointment and I was there on time. I Checked in online before my appointment. It would be nice if they could schedule for the time they can get you in. I wasted lots of my employee benefit time that I have to earn

Wait time was very short. Everything was explained about procedure. I was asked if I had any questions. Dr. was good about making sure I was ok during exam. Very satisfied with everything.
