They care enough to listen to your problems and actually help you. I am very thankful.
The lady I talked to was extremely nice to me. I don't remember her name, but she talked to me about my depression and anxiety issues. I really appreciate her explaining things to me that I didn't know about or understand in such a nice and helpful manner. She just made me feel very heard and much less nervous about going by myself for the first time ever. I absolutely love the kindness she had towards me and I greatly appreciate it.
