When I got there the waiting room was empty. Two ladies came in after me and were both seen before me. I understood the fact that multiple providers available meant you may not be called back in the order you arrived. However, I sat in the waiting room for literally an hour, waiting for an ultrasound. That was irritating as I almost had to reschedule.

I had been in pain for weeks and it finally was feeling a little better by the time my appointment came around. After waiting in the room so long I thought they must have forgot I was there. Dr acted like I was literally wasting her time and why was I there? I had been sick and in pain for weeks!!! I want to find a dr who knows ab the reproductive system when will do whatever it takes to get to the root of my problem and not just put me on birth control! I’m not sure the lady’s name who assisted me

As much as I like my specific practitioners, the operations as a whole are not welcoming. The office staff and nurses are different every time I come and I'm generally so irritated by the way they address me that my bp is higher than normal when it's taken. The single most off-putting detail about the way things are ran now is that paperwork has to be re-done every year, like a new patient.
