NP J. Clay was extremely patient and explained everything in ways that my daughter (autistic w/intellectual disability)could understand. She explained each step in the exam process before performing the physical exam and discussed options for her treatment plan in an informative and non condescending manner. Admitting personnel was polite and helpful.
