I was a new patient for this visit. The front desk staff member was smiling, she was friendly, and efficient. The MA that roomed me was again, friendly, smiling, and knowledgeable. The provider was kind, explained things well and listened well. The facility was clean, organized and pleasant. It was an excellent experience.
