really nice staff and helped me with what i came in for
For it to have been my first visit ever there it off great until I got placed in my room. I waited for 45 min without any communication My husband and I honestly thought we had been forgotten. Finally the Dr. Came in and it felt rushed. The lab was already closed, mind you I got there at 2:15 and I was told I would have lab work doneafter my visit with the doctor. Attentiveness of the receptionist personnel. Prompt and professional care from doctor. Afterwards there was no clear procedure for exiting protocol.
Everyone was friendly and very professional. Dr. F. Musselman took the time to talk to me about my concerns. Great bedside manner.
