Friendliness of staff, very little wait time and quick appointment where she examined me and was done within minutes but still made me feel like I was heard and she listened and took care of my concerns. Also appreciated not targeting my weight as most doctors focus on that and I am working on it. I found lack of mask wearing of staff and some patients concerning when staff seemed really strong about wearing masks when made appointment, including in reminders about appointment and posted on doors. Good reception but could be better. Excellent medical team. The doctor very professional in his approach. Ready to listen to patient and offer professional treatment procedure. Being my first time at this center I only hope they will continue to offer good/excellent services to patients.

The staff was professional and very personable and made me feel comfortable.
