The staff and doctors are friendly for the most part. The front desk just lacks initiative to let patients know if doctors are running behind. I went in for my 6 week post partum appointment and I waited an hour before taken back to a room to see the doctor. Nobody in that hour came to tell me why it was taking so long. The only excuse I recieved was everyone was on lunch. That might be true but in that hour before they went to lunch nobody tried to make things move along ot inform me of the issues going on. My experience with the staff was pleasant and timely. The seating was seated at 6 feet apart . When checking in there was also a shield at the check-in desk and mask for the staff. The lobby area was nice and clean.
