i don't like going to the gynecologist. it makes me very nervous. but everyone from the front desk, to the staff to the doctors are very kind and caring. i had out patient surgery in April. when that was scheduled, things moved very quickly. i heard from the surgery scheduler the very same day of my doctor's appointment. i heard from the hospital the next day. i went to my follow up appointment with my doctor and we discussed that i needed a hysterectomy done. this was on Tuesday. so for i have not heard from the surgery sch... read more

I've so appreciated Heartland (Shiloh location) and the care I've been provided through my pregnancies and miscarriages. The doctors and nurses have always been caring and patient through all of my questions and concerns. I have definitely appreciated that they have taken so many precautions that allow them to stay open right now as being pregnant in a pandemic has been stressful. Being able to see and hear that my baby is doing fine at every visit has been invaluable.

Office different from So. 3rd St. Huge space. Wearing masks and not seeing smiling faces. We need to be safe. Next year should better.
