The reception wasn't friendly. I walked in and no one had clients. One black lady looked at the white ones and just ignored me. Finally one of the white ones looked up and helped me. As I waited, I noticed she did all the patients that came through the door this way. I guess she didn't want to work. The Dr was really nice.

This is my first time to visit the clinic. Checking in online is convenient. When I arrived, the wait is not long and the receptionist was accommodating. I was just surprised that the nurse practitioner who consulted me was not the one I was booked. But I’m still thankful for NP Jennifer Clay for explaining and consulting me. And I’m hoping my next visit with the OB GYN won’t be rescheduled anymore.
The receptionist at the counter was very friendly and answered a few questions I had. I see Anja Schifano and I think she is just wonderful. She listens to all my concerns and changes that I have experienced since last year and she is doing all she can to help me. I didn’t know how I would like a new doctor after my original. Dr joined Heartland and then retired after about eight years. I liked him very much, but I do not regret having Anja as my doctor now because I just love her.
