I always have a great experience with the doctors and nurse practioners at the shiloh office, but the front desk ladies are kind of rude. They dont make you feel welcomed at all and when i was making a follow up appointment the lady didnt even asked me if the date or time worked for me she just made the appointment and said have a nice day. The reception wasn't friendly. I walked in and no one had clients. One black lady looked at the white ones and just ignored me. Finally one of the white ones looked up and helped me. As I waited, I noticed she did all the patients that came through the door this way. I guess she didn't want to work. The Dr was really nice.
