My hear aids were never TESTED My hearing aids were never put on the computer to check if they were working accurately They told me to get a different brand at the store in Whittier That they had techies that were certified Today I found someone who knew what they were doing. RecommendedThe provider stressed the importance of wearing the hearing aids everyday to get my brain used to them. The provider went into detail on how to put them in and how to clean them. If wax gets in the hole they do not work.
