She is professional as well as compassionate and understanding. Plus she has a lovely personality. I would highly recommend her to anyone with a hearing loss.

RecommendedI received my new hearing aids last week and had them programmed today. The two persons assisting me (ordering and programming the hearing aids) were knowledgeable, accommodating, and easy to work with. I now have my new programmed hearing aids and look forward to trying them out in a variety of situations: at home, at work as a therapist, at Farmers Market, eating out tomorrow, and the symphony on Saturday.
