Today, when I arrived for my appointment, the man who checked me in said that he would check my hearing aid to see if the problem was a simple thing he could fix. 10 minutes later I'm walking out with the hearing aid back to normal! RecommendedI received the equipment and was walked through the set up before my appointment was eve. I was impressed how everything was explained to me, step-by-step. When Eve called It was easy to turn on the tablet and take the hearing test. When the test was completed she explained the test to me and showed me on a graph how my hearing was. She set up the hearing aids and I was amazed at how much better I could hear.
