RecommendedVery professional and they listened to all my questions. Matt who did the tests was very thorough. Showed me the chart to make it easy to understand. Set me up right there and then with hearing aids and I walked out hearing better than when I walked in. I’m not sure if these are the hearing aid that will be best for me, but they set me up with a follow up appointment and we’ll discuss all my questions when I return in a couple of weeks. Highly recommend.

RecommendedWas a good experience. Vanessa did well on giving the hearing test and explained how my aids would work. Easy to put on and take off. And care of them to keep them charged. She even matched my hair color! I recommend everyone to try their service. It is good, and I can call or go in if I have a problem. Good to know there is support for me, since I was such a chicken!
