RecommendedThe staff is always so helpful. They always take the time to make sure my mother-in-law is taken care of. The audiologist is very knowledge and willing to help answering all her questions and concerns. Great staff in the Winter Garden location. Highly recommended this office.
RecommendedThey tell me real quick they know what they’re doing they’re friendly the office is quite small but don’t need to be there that long because you’re in and out as quick as you get there I would recommend it to anyone who’s have hearing problems to go to his office.

RecommendedBrought my Mom here to be assessed by Dr. Hauser and could not be more pleased. They were extremely helpful and patient and explained everything. Office is in White Plains and got lots of street parking in front and across the street. There is also a metered parking lot diagonally across from the storefront. Overall, given the care we received from the staff here, this was not a deal breaker for me. Highly recommend

They listened to my apprehensions, everything was explained, and the proper hearing aids were recommended that fit my lifestyle. No words on how glad I can hear again after a couple of bad experiences with other companies!!!!!
RecommendedTook my grandma to HearUSA for an examination and hearing test. Staff was super friendly, prompt, and helpful. Dr Laura Toscano is a true professional who is extremely thorough , knowledgeable, and patiently explained us all in detail, the specifics of the examination and the results of the hearing test. I will be taking her back to HearUSA and to Dr Toscano when it’s time for her reexamination.
