RecommendedI deal with a HEAR USA in the West Roxbury section of Boston MA. It became a HEAR USA about 1 1/2 years ago. Prior to that a hearing tech had opened a hearing office in that location. He retired and the office was taken over by a doc and a tech. The doc opened an office of her own. The tech apparently chose to be part of HEARING USA

RecommendedJust make sure to call ahead of a scheduled fitting appointment to ensure they have plenty of stock. Otherwise they might be out of stock and you will have to go back a second time. I made appointment for my Aunt over a month ago. Drove 5 hours to take her to appointment (Melbourne, FL) and they didnt have what she needed. Resulting in a second fitting appointment. Not nice for elderly clients or clients excited about being able to hear.
RecommendedI recently visited n purchased hearing aids at their Heath, Oh location. They are professional & superb, the people, the operation as a whole etc. I'm writing this in spite of my left hearing aid that malfunctioned.. They're immediately getting me a new aid. I got the 7 nx, the technology of these aids and my hearing are very good... Thank You

RecommendedLast week I went with my father to the Bellevue location, and the service was great. The front desk assistant offered us coffee, an refreshments, then we had to wait for the cabulance from his adult family home. They were late but the doctor took him anyway as there wasn't anyone else there. They gave him some bigger easier to use aids. Anyway, the ambulance that Hopelink ordered was supposed to arrive around 4pm but that came and went to Nancy at the desk called, and they said it would be about10 minutes as they were in Ki... read more
