RecommendedThe audiologist was professional, knowledgeable and patient. Explained the pros and cons of each hearing aid and then, when I picked mine up, took the time to practice with me putting them on and off and downloading and using the online app. Very efficient process.

RecommendedI had purchased a pair of hearing aids about three years ago and recently discovered there were not holding a charge. I visited my local HEARUSA location for help. the audiologist, Julie St. Vrain told me they were still under warranty and she would order replacements. When they arrived, Julie very patiently made sure they were working properly and fitted me perfectly. Very couteous and friendly service.
