RecommendedI am a caretaker for an older friend and assist him whenever I can, including helping him with his hearing aids. We receive excellent on-going support from the staff at the Los Angeles location. My only concern, which has nothing to do with the service we receive, is the cost for cleaning the hearing aids when the ear wax builds up . When my attempts to clean the hearing aids fail, I take them into the LA location. Unfortunately, each cleaning requires a $65 service charge. RecommendedI lost the cord to my hearing aid charger. I called HearUSA and they immediately ordered one for me. When it arrived in a few days, I was notified. When I picked it up, they gave me the plug to use with it. Very positive & helpful at every step.

RecommendedThe people there are really awesome and do the best job possible. Everything I had done from hearing tests, to getting my new hearing aids was handled very well. When I had to go back less than 2 weeks later for my left hearing aid not working, at first I was very upset thinking that that the hearing aids were not good. The hearing aid specialist explained that not only my left ear but both were seriously blocked from wax buildup in my ears.
