RecommendedI walked in to have the rockers on my hearing aides shorten. No appointment but they took care of me...they always do. Very friendly and caring. The new receptionist is very helpful and I think she is doing a great job. I tried another place that pushed me through my first visit and did not have time to answer all my questions because they had a very busy schedule. That has never happen with HearUSA. I can just walk in at any time to ask questions and they make time for me!!
