RecommendedI was surprised at how well my new hearing aids "fit"; how well they seem to work; and the advantages that these hearing aids have in being recharbeable. (So not dependent on the prior failure issues that I experienced with o having batteries in my old hearing aids.)

RecommendedVery friendly and knowledgeable! I did my hearing exam about 2 years ago and they set me up with some hearing aids! They set my phone up and taught me how to use everything! My left ear stop working and they disconnected from Bluetooth! I just walked in to the store in Parker, Colorado and they were so sweet and friendly and cleaned and fixed them! I could finally use them again! I highly recommend them!

RecommendedIn Mill Creek WA, the employees at the desk are extremely efficient. I get reminders about my appointments and they are warm and welcoming. I have never had to wait more than a minute or two and the Audiologist knows her stuff, is patient and helpful, besides being extremely professional. A Class Act all around!

RecommendedI feel that I was dealt with in a courteous, professional manner. Appointments were available in a reasonable timeframe. My hearing tests were the most comprehensive I have ever had. My options for purchasing hearing aids were explained thoroughly, and there was no pressure to make a sale. Hoping their product is as good as their service!
