RecommendedThe HearUSA office that I go to is professional and efficient. From the hearing test to the procurement of the type of hearing aid I desired (in the ear) everything ran smoothly. Periodic cleanings have been quick and easy by just dropping in when needed. I recently had one hearing aid stop working and they sent it in and the manufacturer replaced it at no cost to me. In short, it has been a very pleasant experience.

RecommendedHugo in Pasadena HearUSA did everything he could to get my hearing aids back to full use... after, er, my hearing aids and I decided to jump into my swimming pool! I thought they were both goners...it was an hour later when I realized that they were at the bottom of the deep end. BIG THANX.
