RecommendedStaff at HearUSA in Oceanside has been excellent for the 3 1/2 years I’ve been going there. I recently tried to upgrade my hearing aids…found an equally good pair for less than half the price elsewhere…so within the 60 day trial period I returned their hearing aids-no arguments they accepted my decision and refunded my money back to the credit card on the spot! (I was secretly hoping they could reduce the price to be more competitive). they were excellent with my original aid and excellent to deal with on my upgrade.
