5.0 out of 5 stars Everyone enjoyed this rub. I used this on a boston butt. Goes on light green, but develops a dark dark. Nice sweet taste that follows with the heat if jalepeno. I cooked four different flavors and this jalapeno was loved by all. Straight out of the shaker you get a salty heat taste, salt goes into the meat to tenderize it. Not salty after cooking. Great rub. Shipping was fast.
