Did the spatchcock chicken like the video. Chicken rub, Pecan rub and tangy vinegar sauce. First chicken rub is Over the Top! Pecan rub added that extra layer. Sauce was so good and this is coming from a sweet sauce guy. A Keeper for sure. When the better half says she wishes she had more room, you know you have a good meal. Thanks Heath
