Great for baby backs. Very good on baby backs, that's all I've tried it on so far.

First used this on Beef Short Ribs and I tried a smaller rib out of my smoker before I wrapped them. Awesome taste with a kick that's not overwhelming. Highly recommend this product!! 5 stars!!!

Heath Riles BBQ Rubbing Competition Seasoning This is an ideal seasoning!!! Its not salty, has a hint of sweet and a hint of heat, but mild enough for the spicy-sensitive palate. I keep this in my arsenal as it is definitely one of my go-to seasonings....and the price is great, which is an added bonus!!! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!
