Please follow delivery instructions. One star is for Amazon. No other way to communicate with them that I can see. Product is a fav of mine and will undoubtedly be good.

1.0 out of 5 stars Not Cajun, Not Butter I saw this at a local store and thought it would make a great rub for the cajun smoked turkey that we normally cook at Thanksgiving. I gave it a try on some chicken breasts this weekend, and quickly decided that I will NOT be using this on turkey, or any other food. There was no butter flavor to it at all, no cajun flavors, and no heat. The predominant taste I got from this was poultry seasoning - sage, thyme, maybe some tarragon. 2.0 out of 5 stars Came with a broken seal, and cannot ask for a replacement As soon as I opened the box, I could tell the seal on the seasoning must be broken, because it was everywhere. Sure enough, after removing the plastic wrap, I verified that the seal was broken. Waste of money.
