Heather was great to work with. We have used her for our mortgage needs multiple times. We experienced great customer service and will use her again in the future.
Heather acted professionaly in all aspects of her job. She also went above and beyond her job responsibility by consistantly contacting the realtor to make sure all documents were completed for our VA loan. This seemed to be something that should have been shared by the realtor but was not. She would constantly apologize for the many calls to us to accomplish this transaction whenever it was not always her responsibility. Her hard work was always noticed and appreciated.

Heather did not communicate anything that was going on. Oftentimes I felt like I was being left out of the entire process. Heather was not on top of items she needed. It appeared that she waited until the very last minute to request items. My application was audited. I almost lost my home as a result. I found no joy in being able to close.
