Communication was terrible. Loan was delayed, closing dates were moved several times, and had to constantly try and get updated from other agent and anyone else who would communicate with me so I could tell my nervous sellers.
Heather failed to qualify her clients correctly the 1st time which caused the type of loan to be switched. Furthermore, she failed get the loan closed within the contract date. An extension was given and she still failed to close in time. She never took responsibility for her mistakes. As someone who has worked in the banking industry on the loan side I can honestly say that the way she has handled this is both unprofessional and unacceptable.
