Mary Ann went above and beyond. She helped find a perfect home, negotiate the price, assist with closing and many other items too long to list. She even helped find us contractors to do renovations, and companies to do maintenance activities. A great communicator who always followed through. She is a true real estate professional.

We 100% recommend Maryann, she was so incredibly helpful through the entire buying process!! We looked for a long time to find the exact property for us. Maryann would always check in and also send properties as they came on the market that she thought we may be interested in. When we finally found the right one she was amazing at guiding us though the process and negotiation. We really leaned on her for her advice and recommendations and by the end she feels like part of the family. Cannot recommend her enough!!!

Brandy did an outstanding job assisting us with the purchase of our Richmond Hill, GA house. Her expertise in the area was very beneficial in locating a house in the best school district and close to Fort Stewart. I was so nervous to not only buy a home out of state but also without even seeing it in person. Mary Ann Sinclair and her team made sure all my questions were answered and always had my best interest in mind. She spent so much time with us when we came out to visit the area, she listened to us and really understood our needs. Mary Ann Sinclair was incredible. As out of state buyers, her local knowledge, connections, and speed to be on-site where needed made it feel like a local transaction for us. We didn't feel out of state and this made the entire process smooth and never once did it feel uneasy or overwhelming. Her negotiations were intelligent and extremely precise in a purchase that had complexities, of which, she made it very smooth.
