Brandy did a great job of making the first time home buying process smooth and as stress free as possible despite some last minute challenges from the seller and a very short time frame. We used Nancy to purchase our very first home in 2012. We contacted her again when began our search for our second home while living in Washington State. Nancy was immediately prepared to start the search and found our home in a very short timeframe. Purchasing our home sigh unseen we were very aware there could be risks. Nancy made sure to educate us on the risks and did all she could to give us a fair look at the home via FaceTime. We love our new house!
