We had a great experience initially with a rocky ending. While our lender was very knowledgeable, we feel as though more precautions could have been taken to eliminate documentation issues that appeared a few days before our closing date. The matters proved costly and created great tension among the team. However, we appreciate the lenders efforts to provide accommodations to lessen the burden.
