We really loved working with Atlantic Bay. However, one thing - the title company never reached out to us to confirm our appointment and appointment location for day of closing. We didn't know that the closing location was at a title company's office. Were it not for Atlantic Bay letting us know that afternoon of closing, we would have missed our closing date. In the future, I'd recommend sending an automated reminder email from Atlantic Bay, versus relying on the third party title company. They were unreliable to communicat... read more

Our entire experience was wonderful, accommodating, and pleasant. Only minor issue we had was communication on day of closing when we did not get the proper address to the location of closing.
