Heather Wischmann is the best!! She made the experience enjoyable!! You will do a lot of the paperwork for preapproval on the front end so that once it is time to look for a house you can relax and enjoy the fun stuff!! Heather was amazing and very prompt with getting me all the paperwork and information I needed. Especially her in Seattle and with me and the house i was purchasing on the other side of the state in spokane. She made the whole process for me very quick and stress free, and i was even able to close early.
