spoke with maintenance, Junior was able to answer my questions and even called back after the call dropped. He was polite and furnished info I needed. Guys at Heatherwood maintenance are always helpful and will make sure tenant is satisfied. I also noticed maintenance dept staff Never have an attitude . Other departments could learn from them.

Had some touch up work done on my apartment. As always maintenance does an excellent job. I want to personally thank Oscar for his time and effort. He is always very helpful and friendly. Maintenance is always goes above and beyond to do whatever is needed. Thank you 😊
