Kelis made my moving experience super easy! She's located in the Holbrook location but still helped me move into the patchogue location. Thank you so much for everything! If you need help moving into any of the heatherwood location ask for Kelis!
My apartment is spacious! The MAINTENANCE STAFF are always friendly, professional, well groomed, knowledgeable, helpful, efficient and consistently working. They are always doing their job. 8am, they're picking up ALL litter (even under cars!). The few times my apartment needed services: they resolved the issue/fixed the problem the same day! They never complain nor grumble about their jobs. They are an excellent, productive TEAM! Supreme customer service I AM GRATEFUL TO THEM AND TO RESIDE HERE!
The maintenance staff is always helpful and responsive. I love the fact that the grounds are always cleaned everyday. I would suggest this place to my friends and family.

I'm thoroughly pleased with the maintenance crew and Debra! They're self motivated and professional. On my move in day, I was impressed with how clean my apartments was! I had a residential/commercial cleaning business for 20+ years. I was the best of the best. Giggles! So, I always have to clean as soon as I move in-NOT THIS TIME! I was impressed and felt that I was in a healthy space. I'm grateful for the additional "pandemic" sanitizing of our doors and hallways.
