These guys do great work, are reasonably priced, and give back to the community. They are responsive and reliable!
I have found my plumbing company! Mrs. Smith took my call and set up a time and date for her team to come. Chris and Eric located the water leak in the hall bathroom and happily it was a sanding block that was stuck in the wax ring of the toilet. While Chris removed the block and replaced the wax ring, Eric replaced the wax ring on the master bedroom toilet and tightened up a couple of loose bolts that made the toilet tank wobble. If I could give higher than 5 stars I would. They were at my house same day. Chris and Eric were professional, honest and efficient! My "routine maintenance" problem my other plumber liked to use as an excuse to take my money was actually a very simple fix that Chris and Eric handled right away. The honest way. My price was very fair as well, I highly recommend HEB Plumbing and sprinkler to anyone needing any plumbing work done
I have used HEB 2 times and both times the folks who showed up were knowledgeable, prompt, and profesional. They are my go to folks for any future plumbing needs. The owner, Kathlyn, was very good about keeping me informed. The workers were on time and explained the job in detail. Very good job by all. I would use them again.
