Knowledgeable and professional dental team.
Very professional staff, knowledgeable, resourceful, respectful and friendly.I truly appreciated the dental hygienist, Jenny, who is the best in regards of gentle and perfect cleaning! Jenny explained and educated me about my reseeding gums and how to prevent it from getting worse. Of course Dr. Sprowls is also extremely knowledgeable, respectful and takes time to explain and answer any questions.
The staff is extremely nice and helpful! When you walk in there, you know that they care more about the patient's needs and less about profit (unlike other dentists). I would highly recommend!
Dr. Sprouse is a great dentist. Unfortunately she has moved out of the Dayton – Lebanon Pike location it is very difficult to locate her, but her new number is 937-434-1151.
I would recommend Dr. Sprowls. She is always very nice and does a great job. The staff is always helpful. I have seen other dentist in the office as well and they are all great. But I always see Dr. Sprowls if she is available and it is not an emergency visit.
I had to have 2 out of 3 crowns re done by a different dentist within 5 years after Dr. Sprowls initially completed the crowns.
I felt very uncomfortable in the office and in the chair. The time spent in the chair felt like an eternity. Total time on first visit was two hours. The atmosphere was loud and confusing with the t.v. going and staff talking about their previous night dates. Dr.Sprowls was tending between three chairs at once. She kindly apologized for all the intermittent delays. Thank you for that but the whole experience was uncomfortable and unnerving. Felt like a dental factory.
