I felt very uncomfortable in the office and in the chair. The time spent in the chair felt like an eternity. Total time on first visit was two hours. The atmosphere was loud and confusing with the t.v. going and staff talking about their previous night dates. Dr.Sprowls was tending between three chairs at once. She kindly apologized for all the intermittent delays. Thank you for that but the whole experience was uncomfortable and unnerving. Felt like a dental factory.
