I needed information about my WC claim and the changes I had asked for. Lisa with Atty. Maas went above and beyond the call of duty to help me with an answer. I appreciate her professionalism and her considerate efforts. She never made me feel like I was imposing on her and went out of her way to help me. She is a great communicator.
