Recently finished up loss of use claim. We believed we should have received check direct deposit on Wednesday or Thursday. I text/emailed with Lisa on Friday. She immediately responded and checked into it for us. Not sure if it was because of her or not but check was in account on Saturday.
My personal experience w/atty Magill has been great. No complaints. I/we have a handicapped son. About 4-5 yrs ago I sent Susan in w/ our son to see about SSI. (Because of the successful relationship I've had with Magill).(He is epileptic). I believe she saw Atty Heller. She doesn't get angry very often; however, this brought it out!! He copped an attitude with her, plus told her it's almost impossible to get SSI for epilepsy!! She is VERY mild mannered, but Heller tripped her trigger.
