2.5 Star : Likely to Recommend 3 Star : Repair Quality There are certain elements on the rear bumper which seem to not go back properly such as the bumper does not appear to be flush to the car, the black screw covers on the top of the bumper are popped up and the driver's side of the car has a piece sticking out more than it did before on the driver's side rear wheel fender. 5 Star : Customer Service Nick was fantastic and communication was up to date and informative. 2.5 Star : Returned Clean

4 Star : Likely to Recommend 4 Star : Repair Quality The right side upper door seal was not seated properly during the repair, and the seal became dislodged at the front. The seal then peeled backward due to air flow. The seal is temporarily reset by the insured and is being held in place temporarily with duct tape. The vehicle will be returned to have this situation corrected. 4.5 Star : Customer Service
