2 Star : Likely to Recommend I had to bring the vehicle back to correct issues. The original estimate was nearly 2000$ less than the final cost to my insurance company. So after waiting for parts to come in we brought the van in for work. It wasn't until AFTER the van was dismantled that they figured out that stock parts would not do the trick. 2.5 Star : Likely to Recommend My wife had an issue with a repair from Henry's also, a few years ago. 3.5 Star : Repair Quality Was not happy with the lack of Quality Control. Bumper was 1 inch out further in one side. Problem was corrected after I declined to accept my vehicle. 3.5 Star : Customer Service Donna was amazing, but didn't get the same level of service from other staff. 5 Star : Returned Clean
