service charges too high Went in for free oil change asked for price on fixing tailgate latch. quoted $500-$600. asked again as this seemed hi Service rep again quoted $600. Rep explained that this took a long time to do. I watched the procedure on U Tube then did myself. it took me about 2 Minuted to unlatch and 10 Minutes to change the part.(part was $122 at Autozone) I felt that the service dept was trying to rip me off.

HORRID Service Department If I could give them zero stars, I would. My car was towed in at 10:00 for a flat tire, and was promised to be returned by 5:00 that same day. Not ONE PERSON called the enitre day! We had to make 3 calls to Heritage just to discover they were keeping my car OVERNIGHT for a flat tire! They promised the car would be ready by 11:00 the next morning. At NOON, I still didn't hear anything from the service department! worst experience ever I found the car on Car fax and contacted the dealer to make an appointment to view. I drove over 50 miles to see the car. I decided to buy as I already was pre qualified for financing. I also had a guaranteed trade in value from another dealer I was contemplating. I asked if that could be matched. I was told by the salesperson that that wouldn't be an issue. 2014 ford f150 fx4 I went there to buy a fx4 truck in race red color with black leather interior. sales manager try to sell me a ruby red 4x4 xlt instead, I told him no, I want a race red fx4! what is even worse, he try to sell me the xlt model ruby red and said " I can get you the fx4 sticker put in on and we all be happy!
