The staff is wonderful. The apartment is a great size but a bit outdated. Elevator is very slow. Food is just okay. It's not the most affordable we found but my mother has really thrived there.
Great atmosphere for socialization; facility provides different activities for different interests; staff is always eager to help
To me, the food is great! They have a wonderful salad bar. They have a variety of activities and bring in singers, etc.. The staff has always been super friendly when I visit. They were also very helpful when my friend moved in. my friend doesn't participate in a lot of the activities so I do not know firsthand about all of them.
All 5 stars! I chose Heritage Place because of all of the friendly people, the nice staff, fun activities offered and the awesome food! The location is also wonderful. It is very close to my doctor's, friends and church.
Staff had very accommodating. Reasonable rent for Mom. Very happy with the dining room. Mom really enjoys the activities. I enjoy visiting her there. The facility is clean and well kept. Lawns are beautiful.
[names removed] are amazing. All of the staff are helpful and smiling. The cafeteria food is good and the building is clean and smells nice. The services provided are great. My parents are very happy there.
When my family and I toured this community, we immediately felt at home. Friendly staff throughout, from the front desk concierge to the housekeeping staff we passed in the hallways. The building was well maintained, and most importantly, clean! The food they served for lunch was delicious! The building has been there a long time, but you'd never know it unless you asked! The units are nicely updated, and have a modern, yet homey feel. I am definitely looking forward to my grandpa moving in next month!
The current director is very rude and awful to the residents and has committed fraud and extortion with some of them. At least one of the maids is a thief and the director has backed them up on a number of occasions when reported. The head waitress is also very rude and argues with residents about what they order. She's also rude to guests if residents as well.All of the residents and most of the rest of the staff and head chef are very, very nice.
The free internet here is a joke! The facility is great but for a geek like me the internet system sucks. The food is good and they have plenty of activities to participate in.
