The entire experience has been completely positive. Everything from how helpful the staff has been, my mother-in-law has had no complaints about the food. The maintenance is very helpful. Anytime she needs anything. They are willing to help. The place is clean it reminds you of a hotel instead of an apartment. Stephanie and Grant are the best . The staff is super, if you have a question someone is there to answer and help with any problem. The shuttle service is superb even if you forgot to schedule an appointment. The activity programs are great if you participate or watch, each day is different and there are six to eight every day. We are experiencing some issues in the culinary department but the staff is making progress and the residents are made aware of steps being taken. I liked this place only for me there’s no balcony for my plants. Staff is very friendly and I stayed for lunch delicious. On the add I received stated the price was $[Amount removed] when I toured the [Amount removed] for 1 bedroom and [Amount removed] for a 2 bedroom.
The staff is wonderful. The apartment is a great size but a bit outdated. Elevator is very slow. Food is just okay. It's not the most affordable we found but my mother has really thrived there.

To me, the food is great! They have a wonderful salad bar. They have a variety of activities and bring in singers, etc.. The staff has always been super friendly when I visit. They were also very helpful when my friend moved in. my friend doesn't participate in a lot of the activities so I do not know firsthand about all of them.
All 5 stars! I chose Heritage Place because of all of the friendly people, the nice staff, fun activities offered and the awesome food! The location is also wonderful. It is very close to my doctor's, friends and church.
The current director is very rude and awful to the residents and has committed fraud and extortion with some of them. At least one of the maids is a thief and the director has backed them up on a number of occasions when reported. The head waitress is also very rude and argues with residents about what they order. She's also rude to guests if residents as well.All of the residents and most of the rest of the staff and head chef are very, very nice.
The free internet here is a joke! The facility is great but for a geek like me the internet system sucks. The food is good and they have plenty of activities to participate in.
