It was smooth and effective after my hits trip to the dentist to figure out the sensitivity persisted. It has resolved and I appreciate their not charging me for a new filling.
Staff is friendly and accommodating, even for patients that are running late. Technician (Lisa) was thorough and skilled. They keep notes of certain things I hate about the dentist and are accommodating. Dentist was prompt when the cleaning was complete.

We've been patients here for over a decade and love this office. They are friendly, professional, and timely, and my family has always received excellent care. We miss Dr. Verhoff since he retired, but Drs. Herrick and Hoffner are wonderful too. Would recommend to anyone!
Herrick Dental Group excellent group, best customer service, always smiling, friendly, remember your name. I feel like going to family reunion every time I go. Talk about what we doing, what new in our life, travel experience. I love that group.

My visit on May 1, 2017 went very well. I had to have a filling which I didn't know I needed & I was able to stay & get it done which was very nice. Thank You so much for that accommodation. I really appreciate the service we have always had.

My dental hygienist was awesome. Not only did she thoroughly clean my teeth without any discomfort she also was a great llistener and went over and beyond to provide me with the answers I needed for future services. It also was nice to have the staff at desk welcome me and address me by name when I entered the building. I had bad experiences with dentist as a child which made me avoid the dentist but Herrick Dental has always made me feel comfortable and not embarrassed.
