My first dentist was my cousin so that's a pretty high standard to meet. I have ALWAYS had great experiences at Herrick Dental. I enjoy the patient loyalty program and warm reception that I receive each visit.

It was a good experience and I'm glad Lisa was the one who cleaned my teeth so gentle and didn't hurt too much. The only thing that I didn't like was the long waiting for my fun to become numb for the filling. It's took a little too long to wait. Overalls, staff were nice and patient.

Everyone is so pleasant, friendly and professional. We really appreciate the Loyalty program. Not having dental insurance, this is very helpful to our budget. See you in six months!

I had a scheduled cleaning but just before appointment I had a cap break and totally fall out. Went in for the cleaning and told about the cap. In a very timely manner they were able to give me right on spot my out of pocket expense (insurance paid some too, thank goodness!) and times available. Fortunately they were able to get me in right after the cleaning. Fortunately, again, I had the day off from work and was able to stay.
