I was referred to Herrick Dental by a coworker after having a really bad experience at another office last year. I was nervous coming into the office, but that quickly vanished. The staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming. Jenny took careful time to explain everything to me, and didn't once make me feel guilty about my negligent flossing habit! I have a lot of anxiety about seeing a dentist and put if off for many years. I had read many positive reviews about this practice and decided to give them a try. Everyone was so nice and professional. I did not feel judged for having waited so long and I was not made to feel badly about the extent of my dental issues. Your staff is the best, always responsive and very friendly. As for the dental service, I find it to be very good without pushing unnecessary procedures that a lot of dental practices seem to do these days. I went to 2 other dental practices, before settling on Verhoff some years ago. Both had suggested some costly procedures, that they said were immediately necessary, and came to Verhoff for another opinion.
