From the time that I walk in, to the time that I walk out the door, there is nothing but warm, and caring feelings in the office. My hygienist is very good and explains everything to why she is doing what she is doing and what needs to be done at home until my next visit. Never a reason to fear my dental appointments and it is actually something that I look forward to.

Recently went to Herrick Dental for a crown. Everyone was professional, courteous and very accommodating. I travel from Pataskala to go to Herrick Dental and will continue to do so. Good people and a great dental practice.

Everyone is friendly, and the dentist and hygienist that worked on me (Jennifer Hoffner DDS and I believe the hygienist was Mary) yesterday for a filling were fantastic! They were super patient with me especially knowing my fear of the dentist, and I could tell they care about the quality of their work. I've had terrible dentists in the past, I will never go to another practice for dental care.

Needed a very old bridge re-cemented (again) which was the reason for my visit. They worked me in, without much notice. All staff I interacted with were especially helpful and I am awaiting the details of the various treatment options we discussed for my new bridge. I learned a lot today about implants and various possibilities with bridges and crowns. It was my 3 year old's first dentist appointment and he became very nervous right before the appointment. The staff was amazing, even though I came in with a crying patient and his crying toddler brother in tow. Our hygienist explained everything and went out of her way to help both of my boys be comfortable. Jackson relaxed and was able have a great cleaning and checkup.
