HG Sply offers all natural and farm to table cooking. The flavors and creations for the most part were good but a little overpriced for the outcome. They have an open windows area which allows for pesky flies to fly in. As much as they provided a small table fan it really made the whole dining experience cumbersome with the amount of flies we had to swat at. I even had a fly die right into my margarita! Disclaimer: this was first posted on google maps a year ago! I just made a yelp account! My apologies if there has been changes since then! I forgot to write a review for this place when I first went here so it's been a minute. I came here with my boyfriend back in early January while we were exploring the Dallas area during the night. Our hostess and server were very nice and welcoming when we came in. And gave us plenty of time to look through the menu before we started ordering. Great happy hour location. The deals on apps and drinks make it worth it. I got the cochinita nachos and the strawberry smash. The nachos were much bigger than I was expecting with a decent amount of meat on top. They tasted great. My drink was also strong and tasted good. They're a little weird about ordering at ur table on the roof and I guess prefer you order everything at the bar. The rooftop is super cute with lots of tvs.

I travel a lot for work and it's hard to find good and healthy food so this place piqued my interest and exceeded my expectations. While the salmon portion was very small, it tasted amazing and portion is always in mind when you're being intentional on your meals. The rice shown here stole the show and I need to figure out how to make it at home. Solid restaurant & bar for Lower Greenville. My partner and I came on a Saturday night circa 9ish and there were barely any seats upstairs. We ended up taking our mango-flavored beer (I don't remember the flavor, but it was delicious!) downstairs to the first floor and still a couple of seats left. Although packed that night, I was still able to hear my partner during our conversations. Downstairs ambience was dark and intimate and I love the little candles tjey have on each table. Met friends for lunch on a sunny Saturday. Wry nice place, great atmosphere. Has a rooftop bar but you can't order from the full menu so we sat inside. Food was tasty and really good service. We enjoyed delicious cocktails and had a wonderful time. I had appetizer salmon tacos, yummy!

Heard of this place thru friends as I just moved here recently. I went there on a Friday night with no expectations. I went to sit at the bar and ordered myself a beer with those bison meatballs. To my left, a young couple was amicably settling their divorce and cracking jokes. HG Sply a popular rooftop bar and patio to visit in Dallas, Texas! This spot has tasty food, great cocktails, warming fire pits and games on the patio, and a wonderful view of the busy city. We played giant jenga for a while and had a fun time! We also ordered the house fries to snack on while sipping on drinks and playing games. If you are looking for a fun spot to hang out with friends in Dallas, HG Sply is a great rooftop bar to add to your Dallas bucket list!
